CCRC English society
What is English Society?
Frankly speaking it is not just a club but a small happy family inside the premises of CCRC. Year after year we thrive for success, giving lots of students in the college a platform for development. But in recent years, the club has shown rapid growth and a very interesting approach, apart for a few programs the club's students come up with a new program and add a texture to the beautiful club. It is really amusing to have this club always adding flavours to the monotony of a student's life. Better known for its activeness, every club member who ever became a part of The English Society can proudly call it a family because the club is known for maintaining a healthy and warm bond between the freshers and seniors. Although the name might confuse many people on what actually is this club about? We mainly take pride in working in the fields of literature, but wait. We are a club with boundless platforms and no boundary at all, programs like Treasure Hunt and Section of the year have turned out as a huge success and a great way to test students IQ, strength and how fun of a person they are. We dont want to spill the secrets but people who have watched Student of the year or follow Roadies will gain a vague image of what these mean. The club always conducts USEF seminar, which becomes a valuable asset for students aiming abroad studies and the warm response and enthusiasm which we always get for them makes these programs so special. Just so as to ensure that the club never goes inactive, we have wall magazines and thought of the day always popping up on notice boards and take great pride in successfully publishing the college's wall magazine Herald. Here are some programs we give you on an almost regular basis:
1. Presentation Competition
2.  Poem Competition
3. USEF Seminar
4. Treasure hunt/ Section Of The Year
5. Book donation
6. Wall magazine/ Herald
7. Almost everything you could ever imagine of.

I like the friendly atmosphere here and the fact the teachers are really close to the students. We are very supported in our studies. Some of the teachers are really kind and their way of teaching is really interesting. They are also very motivational. We are enthused by the classes. My grades have gone up a lot as the classes are smaller here, so the teacher has more time to focus on each student.
